The producer is a leader when it comes to video production, starting from budgeting calculations for the production by translating creative stories into numbers for bids, then calculating the work period or timeline, and also managing all the bookkeeping and administration so that the records are tidier and more organized. The producer is also a "guard" during production so that pre-production, production day, and post-production run smoothly.
